Norma has been serving authentic Mexican food for over ten years. She started the El Mana food truck on her own in 2011.
In 2014, her daughter started working with her. Together the female duo craft homemade delicious Mexican cuisine including fresh salsa and homemade flour and corn tortillas,Snow cones with homemade syrups and fruit.
